About Us
Elizabeth Byrd, an Austin native for 36 years, received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Following college she lived internationally for a year working in the education field. Upon returning to the States, she continued her work in education, both public and private for the next 6 years. She then entered the corporate world, working as an associate for a business training and consulting organization. The next 4 years included extensive training to become a certified corporate transformational trainer and certified business coach. During this time she travelled nationally and internationally, facilitating leadership, communication, and customer service trainings and coaching individuals. In 2009, after moving her multi-handicapped brother, Tyler, in to live with her, Elizabeth knowing it was time to stay put in Texas, began her own training and coaching company, Generative Solutions. Elizabeth has also attended the 40-hour Basic Mediation Training as well as the Advanced Family Mediation Training in 2010 in order to develop a conflict resolution piece for the company. Since then she has had the opportunity to train and coach executives at Interstate Batteries, Dell, Green Industries, Ameriturf, Vista Academy, and Choice Staffing among others. In 2011, she also developed a trainer academy to equip individuals to train and coach at their companies or independently. Recently she was blessed with the honor of becoming a mother to two amazing children, Winnie and Bryan. She loves the outdoors, particularly the lake and all associated water sports.
